All pitches must be set up before 12pm ALL vehicles must be off the high street by this time (please see map for car parks or speak to a marshal).
The event finishes at 6pm, please note that you will not be allowed vehicles on the high street to take down your stall until after 6.15pm when it is safe to do so. We will tell you your pitch place on arrival to our event and not before.
It is the stall holder’s responsibility to ensure that all refuse is removed from their pitch upon breakdown. We have no facilities for refuse disposal so any stalls leaving behind refuse will be considered as fly tipping. Therefore, we kindly ask all stall holders to ensure that you remove all waste concerned with your pitch upon departure.
3 x 3 metre pitch as standard. Please provide your own table and gazebo as this is an outside event (please make sure this is secured/weighted down). This is a day and evening event so please make sure that you have adequate lighting for your stall. We cannot provide any electricity to stalls.
Please note that whilst we do try to have a vast range of stalls there may be stalls that sell similar products to you where possible we will make sure that you are separated throughout the High Street.
You must hold Public Liability Insurance Cover please provide us with a copy with your booking form, we are unable to confirm your booking without this.
Food outlets are required to display a current Food Hygiene Rating Scheme Certificate (or Equivalent certification from the Local Authority with whom you are registered) at the event and appropriate fire extinguishers. Please note that you may be subject to a spot check on the day. The operation of any food business/stall must comply with the Food Hygiene England Regulations 2013 and the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974. In addition, please indicate which local authority you are registered with. This is only applicable to food sold for consumption on the day.
Please note stalls offering high risk foods, e.g. burgers/meat products, sandwiches, etc. must have appropriate hand wash and sanitising facilities in place.
If you are selling food and are not registered with a local authority, you are required to register and have been inspected by your Local Authority prior to the event.
Alcohol will not be licenced for sale for consumption on the high street. We ask establishments and stalls that sell alcoholic beverages to remind their customers not to take drinks onto the High Street, and not to take glasses or bottles outside of your establishments. If you are selling alcohol please provide a copy of your licence.
If you are running an activity on your stall for members of the public to participate in, please provide a copy of your risk assessment.
The event committee will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to your personal belongings, takings, goods, produce or any other loss or injury you may incur, sustain or suffer.

Every effort is made to ensure that all pitches are fair and in a suitable location unfortunately we cannot take requests for specific pitches nor can we reallocate on the day unless it is deemed necessary to do so for the benefit of the event.
