It's time to hit the races on the big screen at the WI Hall on Sat 31 May at 19:00 – without leaving town.
✅ With an 8-race racecard
✅ Mouth-watering food
✅ A buzzing atmosphere

(Only drinks bought on-site to be consumed)
Tickets
- £10 per person — includes food!
- Limited spaces — book early or risk missing out!
- Dietary requirements? Let us know when you book.
Timings
- Gates Open: 7:00 PM
- Grub Served: 7:30 PM
- First Race: Around 8:15 PM (once everyone's bets are in)
Heads up:
We’re showing pre-recorded races — but no one knows the winners, not even us. It’s all to play for! (Over 18s only.)
How the Fun Works
🐎 Pick your horse, place your bet — bets are usually £1 or £2 per bet, but you can place as many or as few as you want
🏆 Winners share the pot — it's a Tote Pool, so it’s all about picking the right horse.
💖 Support a good cause — half of all bets go straight to ECCA.

If 50 people each bet £2 on Race 1:
- £50 goes to ECCA.
- £50 is split between everyone who backed the winner.
(If 10 winners, that's £5 each — enough to back the next winner!)
Bets close a few minutes before each race — no hanging about!
