Q1: To start with — can you tell us a little bit about yourself, what you do and how you feel about
Our community is a place where people from all backgrounds come together to share thei
Maybe it’s strange about what I’m about to say but I firmly believe I was in this country before , like in another life , and only when I moved to Edenbridge I felt , for first time that I belong to a place
As you know I run with my husband and team ye olde crown and the new little Tea room in town , and we do have so much fun in there , it’s like a big home with a big family , we have seeing so many important things happening in to our customers and friends life’s in here , proposals , wedding anniversaries , birthdays, hen and stag do, secret meetings, first dates ! First kisses !
It’s incredible to think such an small place contains so many memories and that we have seeing them all !
This town will always have my heart , it was a difficult start for us but we quickly managed to fit in , and to understand why countries need to fight and keep little towns alive , keep the community spirit , see how people in town wants to make it a good place to live in , how when knew people comes to live here and they are so so excited and you just think oh I’m sorry( I hope you are not coming from London or any big cities ) , we don’t have Uber , we don’t have Deliveroo , we don’t have this …. But we have the best walks in the country side , the cutest old people telling you Morning !! in the street, you can walk everywhere , you can hear the birds and we have the best views to the stars , you will make the best friends in life because people in town are familiar and they don’t treat you like an stranger , so welcome to Edenbridge because definitely you won’t get bored in this town !r interests and passions. We strive to create a welcoming and inclusive space for all who join us.
Q2: Can we ask what inspired you to become a sponsor for this year’s Christmas Fair? Jesus 😂 help
You making Edenbridge in to a fairy tale for a day , can you imagine one day you are in Instagram reels and people starts flying over from different countries in the world just to come and see the market and all , if you don’t sponsor this you are missing out , don’t take it as an economical matter , take it as we are making something big , volunteers , sponsors , each year bigger and better , for the kids , to create memories that will hold when they are adults , and so they can pass in to their kids to as tradition

Q3: What part of the Christmas Fair are you most excited about this year?
I’m not going to lie but my favourite thing is all of you dressed as elves 🧝🏽♀️, secondly , I love the little market with the stalls , and see people buying presents from little companies and not all from big brands etc and please let’s don’t forget it’s the perfect excuse to get all your friends and family over to show them how cool is your town with its own Christmas fair !!
Q4: How do you see events like this benefiting the local community
Can only say I wish if we have more !
Q5: We know you always make a huge effort decorating the pub and the courtyard looks so magical, ...
what do you and your team have planned for the festive period?
Guys I can’t really tell you because the event board hasn’t come out yet but it’s full of music and karaoke and even a magician !waaaahoooo
Big Christmas Eve with carols and a big party for new years with dj , band and free buffet !
Ops did I just say too much , I get too excited about Christmas !
Q6: Are there any messages you’d like to share with the local community?
I just want each person in town , to remember their childhood , and how many memories they have about it , and how we want to focus this Fairs for the kids and for them to believe in magic for as long as they can so they can also pass it to the next generations ❤️
