Q1: To start with — can you tell us a little bit about yourself, what you do and how you feel about
My name is Caroline and I am the Director of the Bridge Estate Agents. I have had my business in Edenbridge since 2021 but I have worked and lived in Edenbridge for many more years. Over the years I have watched the town develop and grow and I love the community that has evolved over the years and thanks to ECCA I think this has pushed the community spirit even further and allowed it to show the town what it can do when it comes together.
Q2: Can we ask what inspired you to become a sponsor for this year’s Christmas Fair?
I wanted to be a sponsor as I can see how important it is for the town to have the community come together to celebrate occasions such as the Christmas fair. I remember the year that we didn’t have the Christmas lights and the darkness that the high street stood in and now thanks to ECCAs hard work, the lights, year on year have become so enchanting and really gives the town Christmas Spirit, which is so important.

Q3: What part of the Christmas Fair are you most excited about this year?
Every year the team at The Bridge Estate Agents get involved as much as we can and the best part is seeing everyone enjoying the day – its magical.
Q4: How do you see events like this benefiting the local community?
I think its wonderful that everyone feels part of the community and has something to look forward to. Events like this bring more people into the town which boosts our local businesses.
Q5: We know you always make a huge effort in supporting the local community and that you are holding
We sponsor a fantastic charity called LimbPower, a charity dedicated to empowering individuals with limb loss. I am running The London Marathon in 2026 for LimbPower and at the Christmas Fair we will have fundraising games for adults and children plus the opportunity to win a fabulous Jo Mallone hamper.
